Job Description
California Truck Centers are the Freightliner Dealerships representing the Central and Northern California Market for all sales, service and parts needs. We are looking for an industry-leading Sales Professional like you to join our team!

The Truck SALES MANAGER is responsible for:
Managing and developing sales team as well as preparing sales goals.
Growing market share through sales of customized solutions to prospective and current clients.
Maintaining B2B customer service/sales and assisting sales staff in face to face meetings with current and prospective customers.
Managing the entire sales process; including applying sales and marketing strategies to identify and develop leads, make sales calls, write proposals, secure contracts and manage accounts.
Analyzing team sales performance and taking corrective action where required.
Approving sales quotes and assuring margins are sufficient to meet plan.
Developing and presenting proposals to prospects and customers for all contractual product lines.
Reporting results to upper management

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree, preferred
MUST have experience in Commercial Truck and/or Heavy Equipment Sales
MUST have Outside Sales experience
Strong Leadership Skills Mechanical Engineering preferred
Excellent Written & Verbal Communication
Advanced Computer Skills including MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Excellent Time Management & Follow-up Abilities
