I am looking for a roommate for my home, I don't have a preference for either gender or any sexual orientation because I am not looking for a romantic relationship, just a roommate. Its located close to a bus stop for those without a car. It has 2 bedrooms and one bathroom, a very good water heater, washer and dryer available for use, garage available for storage, large backyard to relax in and a few pieces of exercise equipment to use. It's also located in a comfortable safe part of town. Here's some requirements and preferences.
