Job Description
NW Recruiters is seeking an Outside Sales Executive. This role will be responsible for representing our client’s products and services to potential oil field clients while maintaining relationships with current customers. The main focus of this position will be to develop new business (90%), so knowledge of oil field and/or crane product industry customers is essential.
Essential Responsibilities of the Outside Sales Executive:
Ensure consistent and timely customer contact is established and maintained on an ongoing basis. They will also establish and maintain an accurate customer list which will be used as a guide for managing the territories
Recognize, pursue, and develop potential customer and/or opportunities for the company outside of our existing customers
Maximize sales coverage and set priorities based on industry shift and demand
Follow up on lost jobs and initiate corrective action as required
Assist in promoting all aspects of service
Job Requirements:
5 or more years of experience selling in the oil field industry (cranes, heavy haul, oil rig moving, ect.)
Extensive knowledge of the oil field industry customers
High School diploma or higher education (Bachelor’s degree highly preferred)
New territory business development experience
MS Office proficiency
